It’s fine dining on demand with the delectable at the helm of all things musically-inclined. Billy Boy is back again with his smatterings of Balkan drum and bass, hip hop, soul and danceable tunes tickling the dancefloor pink.

Dashing Deany brings his affinity for rockabilly, antics and aural antiquities to our favourite Favela house of madness. WED 13 – LIVE: MARK HARRISON + LOUISE GOLBEY + THE BRETT McLAUGHLAN BLUES BAND

Mark Harrison plays a 1934 National Trojan guitar with distinctive sounds from the past filtering into the present. Incorporating elements of blues and folk his solo sets are just as mesmerizing as when he collaborates with some of London’s finest roots musicians in line-ups featuring mandolin, harmonica and double bass.

Vive La France is back at its first home, Favela Chic. After hosting the likes Pony Pony Run Run, Discodeine and deBruit at RichMix and Club Dada at Glastonbury this year (where Jarvis Cocker came and partied with us) – they bring a BASTILLE DAY special this July.

Folie Ordinaire is a five-piece London-based band that came together from different countries and musical backgrounds, resulting in a crossover of post-punk, new wave, krautrock and electro disco. Expect a mixture of synth arpeggios, funky glam guitars, powerful basslines and one fat Bastille day party.

Once upon a time, Gringo da Parada sat in France and said: “I’m sick of this camembert and Eiffel Tower.” So he came to London and brought Favela Chic with him – that is he brought the best of baile funk, drum and bass, rock and old skool tunes to these pastel shores. In short, he brought with him the kind of disorder only Brazil, France and Shoreditch can offer – pretty much the best kind. Oui Madame!

The legendary Alan Weekes’ guitar style has been an important part of the international and local music scene since 1975. Having appeared regularly at the Ronnie Scott Jazz club in 2010 with his quartet, and is now a resident at Uncle Sam’s Jazz & Blues at the Haggerston, his rhythmic grooves and jazzy solos head to Favela Chic.

Weekes’ Quartet plays modern jazz, Janet kay/Carroll Thompson lovers rock, fresh reggae band, aswad, reggae and pop.
